Early Morning Workshops
|

Sunday, November 1, 6:45-7:45 am
Monday, November 2, 6:45-7:45 am
Tuesday, November 3, 6:45-7:45 am

These small group sessions provide participants with an opportunity to interact with two experts in a specialized area of liver disease or investigation. Early Morning Workshops consist of two categories: Basic Research and Clinical Management. Registration is on a first-come, first-serve basis, so remember to register early.

Goals and Objectives:

Research Workshops:

  • Bring together investigators in a specific area of research to discuss their ongoing work.
  • Focus of discussions is on new work and not a review of previous studies.
  • Allow ample time for questions from the audience.

Clinical Management Workshops:

  • Discuss difficult management issues utilizing acknowledged experts in the area.
  • Provide an overview of the current state-of-the-art in each area.
  • Intended for the clinician who is seeking the most up-to-date information on a difficult area of management.
  • Allow ample time for questions from the audience.
