This presentation will provide an update on approaches to measuring liver fibrosis with a focus on the types of non-invasive markers that can be used to measure fibrosis and their clinical utility
Goals and Objectives:
• Gain an understanding of the pathogenesis of liver fibrosis.
• Describe the various tests available to clinically assess liver fibrosis, including liver biopsy, and non-invasive measures of liver fibrosis.
• Understand how non-invasive fibrosis tests may be used to better manage patients with fibrogenic liver disease.
