This one-day course aims to provide basic and advanced up-to-date knowledge for the management of patients with liver disease.
Goals and Objectives:
• Compare the histopathological features of some common liver diseases.
• Describe the association between disease of the liver and other organs.
• Discuss best management of children with liver disease when they grow up.
• Describe the management of various liver diseases, including PBC, PSC, HCC, acute hepatitis, and transplant.
• Demonstrate practical and effective teaching and counseling for patients with cirrhosis.
