October 15 is the deadline for submitting applications for the following 2011 Research and Career Development Awards. The application and requirement information for each can be found on the specific page for each award.
Each year, AASLD supports research and career development awards in advanced/transplant hepatology, clinical hepatology, and basic and translational research. In 2008, funding for these awards exceeded $2.9 million, 44% of which was committed from AASLD's own discretionary funds.
