AASLD 2010 Audited Financial Statements

The accounting firm of Gelman, Rosenberg and Freedman conducted AASLD's 2010 audit in accordance with the auditing standards generally accepted in the United States of America. They have granted AASLD an unqualified independent opinion (a clean opinion) confirming that the amounts reported in the 2010 audited financial statements are free from material misstatement and reflect AASLD’s financial results as of the end of December 31, 2010.  

The financial reports will be presented at AASLD’s Members Annual Business Meeting on Saturday, November 5, 2011, at 5:15 pm.
