A Single Topic Conference (STC) is two days of focused work on a critical topic in liver disease. It’s an invaluable opportunity to exchange, evaluate, and extend your research with your peers.
There are three types of STCs.
New in 2012: Basic and Clinical STCs are designed to complement one another, plan to attend both.
Propose an STC Topic
If you'd like to propose a topic for one of the three STCs, see the Guidelines [PDF] and complete the Activity Proposal Form [DOC]. Be sure to consult the list of Previous and Future Topics as you make your proposal.
Funding
AASLD’s Governing Board funds Single Topic Conferences. We gratefully acknowledge additional support from Roche Pharmaceuticals for the Hepatitis STC and The Henry M. and Lillian Stratton Estate for the Basic Research STC.
